My name is Piotr Pilakowski and I drive teams and companies to deliver value to their customers.
My agile journey started around 2012, when I worked in a huge ecommerce company that sparked an agile revolution in Polish IT.
I’ve commenced numerous projects there working with Scrum teams whose implementation has helped to improve the work in my own team.
Next, I moved to work with teams as a Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Big step was to work with bigger organizations to establish their structure by using LeSS.
Since then, I’m a big fan of establishing processes based on principles while using ideas and practices from various frameworks.
Privately, I make music and take a course in singing lessons.
Both in my professional and private life I like to set goals, the achievement of which allows me to develop my passion and gain new experiences.

My primary objective is to maximize the value of the product by implementing processes that swiftly incorporate customer and market feedback, ensuring a continuous and responsive enhancement of its overall value.

Realizing the product’s value is unattainable without high-functioning teams and seamless collaboration across diverse departments. My focus lies in establishing an environment where such cooperation occurs effortlessly.

In navigating the intricacies of organizations, I employ System Thinking to delve into root causes through data analysis, interviews, and workshops. Targeting specific elements within the system can lead to substantial improvements in overall efficiency.
